Build a cafe site

A cafe site answers three questions: what do you serve, when are you open, how do I get there. Everything else is decoration.

What this business needs on a site

A cafe page should be short. People open it standing outside and decide in a few seconds.

One clear price does more than three paragraphs of story, and three real photos beat twenty stock ones.

The moment you sell beans by the bag it changes: that is mail-order, and the footer needs more.

Menu with prices

Drinks, beans, dessert. Prices are the most-read part of the page, so keep them where a phone shows them without scrolling sideways.

Hours and directions

Opening hours, the day you close, and a map. Say the nearest station or landmark — that is how people actually find you.

Something only you have

Your roast, your signature drink, the story. This is the part a chain cannot copy, and it is what makes the page worth reading.

A way to reach you

Phone, Instagram, sometimes a booking form. One tap on a phone should start a call.

What to type

List the blocks you want. A cafe page is short, so the order you name them in is roughly the order they appear.

Type something like this동네 로스터리 카페 홈페이지를 만들어 줘. 메뉴와 가격, 원두 소개, 영업시간, 오시는 길, 인스타 링크가 있으면 좋겠어.

Naming the Instagram link matters: without it, the result tends to invent a contact form instead of linking the account you already post to.

What we measuredWe ran this on a real account on 2026-08-22. The build took 5 min 36 s and came back with 2,377 characters of copy, 95% of them Korean, no broken images and no sideways scroll on a 390px phone.

What to fix in the result

Step 1. Prices to the final amount

Korean menus show the amount the customer pays. Put tax-inclusive numbers in and drop any note that says tax is added.

Step 2. Photos of your own shop

Stock coffee photos read as a chain. Three real photos — counter, a drink, the room — do more than thirty stock ones.

Step 3. Fix the map and the phone

The address arrives as text. Point the map at your actual door and make the phone number tappable.

Check before you publish

Origin labelling

Coffee sold in Korea carries origin labelling duties. Check what your district office expects for beans you sell by the bag.

Final prices on the menu

Post the amount paid at the counter. If a delivery app charges differently, say so rather than showing two numbers with no explanation.

Selling beans online adds duties

The moment orders come through the site you are a mail-order seller: business registration number and mail-order registration number in the footer.

Walk the page on a phone

Most visitors arrive on a phone while standing outside. Tap the map, tap the phone, read the hours.
