Property

Build an estate agency site

Listings, a detail page worth reading, and a way to ask. Korean advertising rules decide what every listing must say.

What this business needs on a site

Property is a disclosure-heavy trade. Each listing has a fixed set of items it must show.

Fix the input fields before you add stock. Changing them later means editing every listing.

Build the way to retire a sold listing at the same time. Stale adverts are the common finding.

Listings

Photos, price, size, area. People scan this list — it has to work on a phone.

The detail page

Location, size, price, deal type, floor, orientation, when it is available. These are disclosure items, not nice-to-haves.

Filter by area

Neighbourhood, deal type, price band. Three filters cover most of what people ask.

Enquiry

One form per listing, so you know which property they mean.

What to type

Say it is an agency and name the screens.

Type something like this동네 부동산 중개 사무소 홈페이지를 만들어 줘. 매물 목록, 매물 상세, 지역별 보기, 상담 문의 폼이 필요해.

Ask for the listing detail fields by name if you want them as structured data rather than a paragraph.

What we measuredWe have not run this trade end to end. Seven other trades were built on a real account and all seven came back, between 3 min 41 s and 10 min 16 s. Nothing here is a measurement of property sites.

What to fix in the result

Step 1. Listing fields to match the rules

Check that every disclosure item has a place in the form and on the detail page before you add stock.

Step 2. Agency details in the footer

Office registration number, representative, address and phone belong on every page, not only in About.

Step 3. A way to retire a listing

Ask for a sold or withdrawn state. Old listings that stay up are the fastest way to lose trust.

Check before you publish

Agency disclosure

Korean brokerage advertising rules require the office name, registration number, representative, address and phone in the advert itself.

Listing disclosure items

Location, size, price, deal type, floor, orientation and availability. Missing items are a common enforcement finding.

No stale listings

Advertising property that is gone is a specific offence. Decide who clears the list and how often.

Enquiry data

Enquiries carry names and phone numbers. Add a privacy notice and keep only what you need.
