Why the spread is so wide

More screens take longer. New photographs take longer. Anything that stores bookings or orders has tables to build as well. Several requests packed into one sentence add up the same way.

Sometimes it is queueing

One run at a time goes through per workspace. Press twice and the second one waits. The run list shows what is running and what is queued, so a wait does not look like a failure.

How to keep runs short

Editing on screen has no queue and no cost at all.

• Ask for one thing at a time
• Do small text and colour work on screen yourself
• Start big layouts from a template
• Ask for photos separately, afterwards

What to do while it runs

You can close the tab. These are the things worth having ready by the time it finishes.

• Choose the photos you want to use
• Write down your trade name, phone and address
• List what you need to collect from customers
• Check the web address you plan to use

If it goes far beyond that

Past twenty minutes with no movement, refresh once. If the progress display has not changed, write to us. Runs that die are swept up automatically and the credits being held are released.

Common questions

Can I run several at once? One at a time per workspace for now; the rest queue. You can start one and go and do something else.

Is it faster at night? We have never measured it by time of day, so we cannot tell you. The seven runs above are the numbers we actually have.

Does closing the tab stop it? No. The work runs on our side. Open it again and the progress carries on from where it was.
