Check the build first

While a build is running there is no page yet. The progress display says where it is up to. Open the address after it reads as finished.

Refresh once

Browsers hold on to a page they saw earlier and show it again. Refresh, or paste the address into a fresh tab, before assuming anything is wrong.

Try another browser and another device

White in one browser only is a problem on that side. Ad blockers and office networks sometimes block the page files. Opening it on your phone over mobile data settles the question in seconds.

Make sure it is the right address

The preview address and the published address are different. Opening the published one before you have published shows nothing, which looks identical to a broken page.

When only part of it is empty

A page that loads with an empty list is not broken. There is simply nothing stored yet. Booking and order lists stay empty until a customer fills them. Add one test entry and it appears straight away.

If it is still white

Go back to the last restore point that displayed properly. Going back costs nothing. If that is white too, write to us with the screen and roughly when it happened.

Common questions

Only the photos are missing. Images may still be generating, or an address changed. Refresh after a moment, and if they are still gone ask for the photo on that screen to be put back.

I can see it but the person I sent it to cannot. The preview address is reachable, but it can look empty while a build is running. To show someone, publish first and send the published address.

It only looks wrong on my phone. That is usually a narrow screen pushing things sideways. Ask for it to stop spilling over on phones and it gets fixed in one small run.
