Build a booking page
A booking page has one job: turn interest into a slot on your calendar without a phone call.
What this business needs on a site
A booking page exists to reduce phone calls. Without a confirmation screen it creates more of them.
So name the four screens up front: list, time, form, confirmation.
Taking a deposit turns it into mail-order, and that adds lines to the footer.
What can be booked
Classes, sessions, tables, seats. Say how long each takes and how many people fit.
Choosing a time
Date and time. Decide early whether people pick a slot or request one — the two look very different.
The form
Name, phone, number of people, a note. Every extra field loses bookings.
Confirmation
A screen that says it worked, with what to do next. Without it people book twice.
What to type
Say what is being booked and name the four screens.
Naming the confirmation screen matters more than it looks. Ask for it and you get it; leave it out and the form submits into silence.
What to fix in the result
Step 1. Say what you actually offer
Replace the sample sessions with yours, with real length, price and capacity.
Step 2. Write the cancellation rule
Ask for a cancellation and refund block. It prevents most of the arguments.
Step 3. Add a note field
One free-text line catches everything you forgot to ask.
Check before you publish
Deposits bring duties
Taking money online makes you a mail-order seller: business registration number and mail-order registration number in the footer.
Refund terms in writing
How late can someone cancel, and what comes back. Say it on the booking page, not only in a message afterwards.
No automatic reminders yet
Kakao and SMS reminders need a channel and template review in your own business name. Until then, confirm by hand.
Book a slot yourself
Go through it as a customer, including the confirmation screen, before you share the link.
